X Space was engaged by Fomento Associates, a private limited company that is an active trader of iron ore and is also involved in chartering bulkers to transport its cargoes to design their headquarters in One Raffles Place. The requirements is to have a modern, minimalist and clean concept for the office that would be very functional for the end users. The end result is an interior that is efficient to the organization as well as, modern office with a touch of the company’s color branding.
